Security Policy

In accordance with the consent provided by me on the website https://www.stock-tesla.com/, pursuant to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", I hereby grant consent to Individual Entrepreneur Hahay P.S. (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise) to process my personal data in card files and/or through the information and telecommunication system of the Enterprise's personnel database for the purposes of personnel record management, preparation of statistical, administrative and other personnel-related information in accordance with legislative requirements, as well as internal documents of the Enterprise concerning the implementation of rights and obligations defined by legislation in the field of labor relations and social protection.

 

By this consent, I also grant the Enterprise the right to provide my personal data to:

 

- regulatory authorities (including enterprises, institutions and organizations to which relevant functions have been assigned) - for the purpose of paying mandatory payments (taxes) and submitting reports required by current legislation.

 

I also certify that I have received notification of the inclusion of information about me in the Enterprise's database for the purposes of record management, preparation of statistical, administrative and other information in accordance with legislative requirements, as well as internal documents of the Enterprise concerning the implementation of rights and obligations defined by legislation in the field of labor relations and social protection, and information about my rights defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
