The Tesla Model 3's braking system doesn't use a traditional vacuum booster. Diagram # 1. Instead, the system uses an electromechanical brake booster (booster) with part number 1044671-99-F. This part allows Tesla to more efficiently utilize energy recovery during braking. If the electromechanical booster fails, it's best to order and purchase a used or new brake booster from Stock-Tesla at a low price. Used Tesla parts have been tested and are in good working order, but the price of a brake booster is significantly lower than a new part.
